HIVE GOLF WAIVER, RULES & TERMS OF USE

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
**Assumption of Risk:** I understand that participation in indoor golf activities at Hive Golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, falls, equipment-related accidents, and actions of other patrons. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

**Release of Liability:** I release, waive, and discharge Hive Golf LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or property damage sustained while on the premises or participating in any activity.

**Medical Emergencies:** In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Hive Golf to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I agree to be responsible for any resulting medical costs.

**Photo/Video Release:** I grant Hive Golf permission to use photos or videos taken of me during my visit for marketing and promotional purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable. Cancellations must follow our membership policy as outlined on our website or signup form. Unused time or bookings do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
2. Damages: You may be held financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of Hive Golf property.
3. Right to Refuse Service: Hive Golf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for failure to follow facility rules or terms.
4. Surveillance: The facility may be monitored by video surveillance for safety and security purposes.

 RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Respect the Space and Equipment: Treat all equipment with care. Any damage caused by misuse may result in a charge. No swinging outside of designated hitting areas.
2. Safety First: Only one person in the hitting area at a time. Always be aware of your surroundings. No running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior.
3. Children: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
4. Alcohol & Substances: Alcohol may be allowed for customers 21+, but intoxication will not be tolerated. No illegal substances on premises.
5. Clean Up: Please leave the bay and facility in good condition. Dispose of trash and return all equipment.
6. Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other customers will result in immediate removal and possible ban from the facility.
7. Access & Bookings: Members and guests must adhere to booking times. Time extensions are subject to availability and additional charges. Hive Golf reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings as needed.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in a Hive Golf membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 
Membership Billing: 

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Your billing date remains the same each month based on your enrollment date. (Example: If you enroll on the 2nd of the month, your membership will renew on the 2nd of each subsequent month.)

Membership Management & Cancellation

• All memberships are managed and canceled through Square.
• To cancel your membership, log in to Square and select the Subscriptions tab to process your cancellation.
• It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership prior to their billing date. (Example: If your renewal date is the 2nd, you must cancel no later than 11:59 PM on the 1st.)

No Refund Policy

• Once a membership has been billed or renewed, Hive Golf does not issue refunds for late cancellations.
• Failure to cancel prior to the billing date will result in the full charge for the upcoming billing cycle.

Billing Cycle Assistance
If you are unsure of your billing date or subscription timeframe, you may:

• View your billing details in your Square Subscription, or
• Contact Hive Golf directly for assistance via email at HIVEGOLF@HIVEGOLF.US or using the chat feature on our website.

I have read and understand the terms of this Waiver, the Rules, and Terms & Conditions. I agree to comply and accept full responsibility for myself and any guests under my supervision.
